- Oil Security: Shs210 billion is requested for security measures surrounding the East African Crude Oil Pipeline project in preparation for Uganda's oil production in 2025.
- Vehicle Registration: Shs7.714 billion is needed for new electronic number plates for their entire fleet (10,245 vehicles) to combat crime within the transport sector.
